Herniated Pathways | My Journey Through 7 Months of Bed rest
Throughout this period, I made a conscious effort to focus on maintaining my mental well-being. Immersing myself in self-help literature and neuroscience podcasts gave me powerful tools to better understand resilience and personal growth. These insights empowered me to transform my mindset, learning how my brain processed pain and stress, which helped me stay positive and motivated through it all. Spirituality played a pivotal role in my journey. My connection with Hanuman ji provided immense comfort, reminding me that I was never alone in my struggles. Embracing this spiritual practice gave me a sense of purpose, and I felt a profound strength knowing that I had divine support, which further empowered my resolve to push through the toughest days. Establishing a daily routine became essential in regaining control over my life. Gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and art as therapy allowed me to channel my emotions and express myself creatively. Through this challenging journey, I did’nt only learned to accept the negatives but also realized my potential for strength and resilience by focusing on self-reliance, spirituality, and giving my body the rest it needed to heal.
